Under the brand YIT DOM we construct the buildings by the Finnish standards. By the Finnish standards we also perform finishing in Your apartment. For us the most important thing is Your comfort.

In apartments with preparation for final finishing we level all surfaces – floors, walls, ceilings. To achieve smoothness and evenness of the floors we use the best Finish self-leveling mixture MAXIT additionally strengthened with special mesh. Concurrently we also lay noise insulation. You will not have to apologize to Your neighbors for merry parties, the first one of which will be a long-awaited house-warming. We ensure that You will easily lay laminate or parquet over the leveled floors, as well as tile.

In order that walls and ceilings can please Your eyes, we use the best Finnish building mixtures KIILTO. The walls, we leveled, can be easily painted, wallpapered and tiled. We promise that bright pictures of Your children will look effectively on the ideally smooth walls of Your new apartment.
Ceilings are practically ready: in the rooms the leveled ceilings are sputtered with rough cast and in the kitchens they are smoothed for further painting.

We took care that in Your new apartment water from the risers was distributed via Finnish polypropylene pipes WIRSBO embedded in cast-in-situ concrete. We promise that because of that You will never know anything about leakages and especially flow. We did our best in order that the risers of domestic sewage system and ventilation had been concealed in the Finnish noise absorbing concrete panels ELPO-HORMI.
In the bathrooms we provide waterproofing and lay pipes to all plumbing devices and equipment.

In Your new apartment You will have the distribution of ventilation system. We ensure that ventilation will work continuously in bathrooms and lavatories, as well as in kitchens because of the special forced exhaust unit installed on the roof of the building.

In Your new apartment wiring is already laid in cast-in-situ slabs. It means that in the apartment You have all socket outlets, electrical switches, sockets for Internet, TV and broadcasting. You will not have to indent walls and ceilings in order to hide aesthetically ugly wires and cables.
In apartments we install electric power meters, as well as cold and hot water meters. When You move in Your new apartment, the electric power meter will be already sealed – You will not have to obtain permit to be absent at work and to spend a whole day waiting for a representative of “Petroelectrosbyt” and to execute the required formalities.

Finnish radiators PURMO with thermo regulators are installed in apartments. The matter of unpredictable weather in St.Petersburg can be solved so easily!  

In Your new apartment we install Finnish wooden & aluminium windows FENESTRA. Fresh air will continuously circulate in Your apartment because of micro venting option. Windows FENESTRA are made of the middle part of the trunk of Finnish low resin pine. We promise that You will never know what is stuffiness and lack of fresh air.
At the entrance to Your apartments we install a Finnish metal door FORSAN. We are sure that You will like it!

Purchasing an apartment You gain personal freedom, independence, feeling of safety.
Purchasing an apartment is an investment in the future of Your family. We do not appeal to You to be enchanted with outward attributes and idealistic aura of the new building. We offer You to investigate the matter of purchasing of a new apartment large-eyed.

There are facts, which are difficult to be contested. Planning of the apartment, location of the building, an available parking lot – these are very important things, but You will have to live in some particular apartment and to put up with its particular problems. And You will have to overcome difficulties immediately after entering into the purchase agreement. Don’t forget about it.
