YIT Concern will increase the authorized capital of ZAO YIT Lentek and ZAO YIT Sankt-Peterburg
YIT Concern will increase the authorized capital of ZAO YIT Lentek and ZAO YIT Sankt-Peterburg by 5,8 billion roubles
In 2009 the parent company, Finnish concern, will invest into the authorized capital of ZAO YIT Lentek and ZAO YIT Sankt-Peterburg twice. The total sum of investments is 5,8 billion roubles.
For the first time the authorized capital of ZAO YIT Lentek was increased in February, and of ZAO YIT Sankt-Peterburg – in March of 2009 by total sum of 1,2 billion roubles. For the second time the authorized capital of both companies will be increased by 4,6 billion roubles. 3 billion roubles will be invested into the authorized capital of ZAO YIT Lentek, and 1,6 billion roubles will be paid into the authorized capital of ZAO YIT Sankt-Peterburg.
Accordingly the total increase of the authorized capital in YIT Group’s companies in Saint-Petersburg will be 5,8 billion roubles within the first half of the year.
The means will be used for the basic activities – completion of residential projects under the construction: residential complexes Comendantsky Kvartal, Atmosphera, Oriental, Lotos, Oprimist. At the moment 4 296 apartments with total space of 239 496,90 m2 are being constructed under the brand of YIT DOM.

In 2009 the construction of Atmosphera complex will be completed. The complex includes 5 apartment houses, the total amount of apartments being 1600. Beta and Gamma houses were already handed over in December of 2008. Alfa, Delta and Epsilon houses with total space over 50 000 m2 will be commissioned in 2009.
