Building Delta of the residential complex "Atmosphera" is commissioned

On May 19, 2009 the company "YIT St.Petersburg" obtained the permit for commissioning of the Building Delta in the residential complex "Atmosphera", which is under construction now in Primorsky district of St.Petersburg in Bogatyrsky prospect.

There are 190 apartments in all in the Building Delta. The lower floors are occupied for commercial purposes with commercial premises of various planning. Apartments in the Building Delta are commissioned with preparation for final finishing. To date all apartments have been sold.

The residential complex "Atmosphera" is being constructed in two phases. The first phase, the Buildings Beta and Gamma have been already put into operation; construction of the second phase will continue until the end of the year 2009.
