Builders of «YIT Lentek» take part in the contest of workmanship «Stroymaster»

This year two teams of builders from the company «YIT Lentek» will participate in the contest in the nomination «The best team of joiners-concreters» and one builder in the nomination «The best builder-erector of building structures».

«Construction sector wants for the inflow of young specialists. Such contest will, undoubtedly, contribute to rise of prestige and demand in the occupation. Modern construction is noted, first of all, for its individuality, possibility not to repeat the typical approaches. In my opinion, among other professional contests «Stroymaster» is distinguished by the fact that it facilitates to stimulate the workers to improve the quality of the constructed objects and to strive for innovations.

We notice, how the methods of construction and finishing, approaches to the development of the construction process in whole are constantly changing. In the current circumstances a person, whose occupation is a builder, must not only adapt to new technologies, but try to be competent enough as well. ZAO «YIT Lentek» takes part in this contest for several years already and with great pleasure, and that allows to notice the best specialists of blue-collar occupation, gives possibility to see achievements of other representatives of construction complex», - says Michael Voziyanov, Director General of ZAO «YIT Lentek».

Professional contest «Stroymaster» in the year 2009 is held in two stages. The first stage of the contest has been already completed   - on September 10 all companies - participants were awarded with the certificates confirming the status of the participant of the contest «Stroymaster - 2009».

On Monday, September 21 the commission of the contest «Stroymaster» will visit the construction object of ZAO «YIT Lentek» - the detached semi-submerged parking structure of the residential complex «Atmosphere».

Results of the second stage will be known on 22 October 2009.
