«Master-magical-hands» and the best team of carpenters-concreters of CJSC YIT Lentek

On 22 October 2009 the award of the winners of the workmanship contest among the blue-collar occupation specialists of the building complex of St.Petersburg and Leningradskaya Obalst «STROYMASTER» took place in Kniazheskaya reception-room of the Place of Labor.

This year the employees of CJSC YIT Lentek were awarded in 2 nominations at once. Alexander Anatolievich Konoplev, the erector of building structures, was pronounced the winner among the workers, and the team of carpenters-concreters headed by Nikolay Alexandrovich Vasiliev was pronounced the laureate among the teams.

In order to determine the best ones, the contest commission visited the sites of all participants of the contest and based on the criteria of appraisal of the performed works approved by the organizational committee of the contest marked the participants accordingly.

By the result of the contest «STROYMASTER-2009» 5 winners among the teams and 7 masters-magical-hands were chosen and awarded with diploma and medals, and laureates were awarded with diploma and reward. All winners and laureates of the contest among workers were awarded the name of «Master-magical-hands».

In the opinion of Mikhael Voziyanov, Director General of CJSC YIT Lentek, «STROYMASTER» is notable among other professional contests due to the fact, that it facilitates to promote the workers to improve the quality of their objects and to search for new methods of work. «We can see how methods of construction and finishing, the approach to the development of the entire construction process are continuously changing. In modern conditions a person, whose occupation is a builder, must not only adapt to innovations, but try to be always competent. CJSC YIT Lentek not for the first time experiences pleasure in participating in such contests, which allow to award the best specialists of blue-collar occupations and to get acquainted with the achievements of other representatives of the building complex. Our company spends significant recourses in order to continuously facilitate high quality of construction works. Undoubtedly, achievement of good results is the great merit of people, who every day work on our sites. It is pleasant, that this year the commission of the contest «STROYMASTER» awarded several representatives of the company YIT Lentek at once. I am sure, that due to workmanship,  long-term experience and constant striving for perfection in their work the employees of YIT Lentek will always constantly show  high quality of wok and achieve new successes in their professional activity», - said Michael Voziyanov.
