YIT opens the sales in the new buildings of the residential complex «Komendantsky Kvartal»

On 5 April 2010 the sales of apartments started in two new buildings 9 БВ  and 11 В of the residential complex «Komendantsky Kvartal» located at the intersection of Parashiutnaya str. and Marshala Novikova str. in Primorsky district of Saint-Petersburg. Completion of construction of the buildings 11 В and 9 БВ is scheduled for the first half of the year 2012.
The number of apartments in the building 11 B — 150, in the building 9 БВ — 294.  The building 11 in the residential complex «Komendantsky Kvartal» is the 16-storeyed house of the total area of the apartments — 8 891 кв.м.; the building 9 БВ — the 16-25-storeyed house of the total area of the partments — 17 624 кв.м.   
The buildings 11 В and 9 БВ offer a wide choice of layouts of apartments from one-room to four-room apartments.
For the clients YIT offers 2 variants of finishing: the basic one and the final finishing. In the apartments with the basic finishing all surfaces ale leveled, the walls are puttered, plastered, and dressed, they are ready for painting. The bathroom is provided with waterproofing. Wooden and aluminium windows, steel, strengthened entrance doors are installed in the apartment. The apartment is completely preapared for final finishing.
The second variant offers complete final finishing of any selected apartment with foreign high quality materials (Finland, Denmark, Germany, France).
Upon completion of construction of the buildings 11 В and 9 БВ in 2012 YIT will finalize the construction of the residential complex «Komendantsky Kvartal». Inner courts will be provided with play and sports grounds, and footpaths laid with artificial stone. For motor car owners the detached 5-storeyed parking for 300 cars will be constructed.  
Currently the sales in the buildings 11 А, 11 Б and 11 ГД are going on well. In many respects it is related to the fact, that Primorsky district is considered to be the prestigious place of living due to the well developed infrastructure and transport availability. In addition to the reliability of the Builder and high quality of construction, these factors are signifiicant when choosing an apartment.

YIT Lentek was one of the first companies in St.Petersburg having started the sales of apartments in the new objects: at the end of the last year the sales in the building 11 А of the residential complex «Komendantsky Kvartal» were opened.
Now the sales in two more buildings of this complex are started. But the company will not come to a stop here, in 2010 we schedule to start the sales of two more new residential complexes: the residential complex "Vita Nova" (Primorsky district) and the residential complex "Trinity" (Krasnoselsky district)».
