Company YIT has won the prize «Golden trowel»

In the framework of summarizing of the contest «Builder of the Year» the company YIT Lentek was recognized as the best company-developer of Saint-Petersburg by the results of 2009 and awarded the main prize – «Golden trowel». The company was awarded the diploma in the nomination «Best Company in Housing Construction». The ceremony of awarding was held on 15 April 2010 in the Marble Palace.

The professional contest «Builder of the Year» has been organized since 2003, and now it has the status of one of the most prestigious award in the field of construction in Saint-Petersburg. The promoters of the contest are as follows: STO NP «Association of Builders of Saint-Petersburg», Union of Construction Associations and Companies, Saint-Petersburg Union of Construction Companies «SoiuzPetroStroy», Association of Banks of the North-Western Region. The contest «Builder of the Year» is traditionally held with the assistance of the Government of Saint-Petersburg.
This year more than 130 contest entries for 16 nominations were received from construction companies, designing and other organizations.

According to the data of the Committee of Building of the Administration of Saint-Petersburg the company «YIT Lentek» was among three major commercial developers in Saint-Petersburg as to the amount of commissioning of residential space in 2009.
«YIT Lentek» is the winner of the contest «Consumer confidence-2009» in the nomination «The most consumers’ confidential investment-construction company in the real estate market of Saint-Petersburg and Leningradskaya Oblast». The employees of the company were awarded in 2 nominations at once by the results of the contest «Stroymaster» and were among three winners by the results of the contest «Best Plasterer of Saint-Petersburg and Leningradskaya Oblast».
