Atmosphere can not be tasted, it can not be touched, but it can always be felt clearly. Some places are described as having some special atmosphere, getting there a person feels the state of quietness and warmth. Romantic soles consider it a wonder, mysticism… But we create such atmosphere with our own hands. It is our work.

We build the residential complex «Atmosphere» in the quiet area of the North-West part of St.Petersburg. The noisy and smoky city ends here, and Yuntolovsky nature reserve begins — it is not just a city park but a real fairytale forest, where air is filled with odors of mushrooms, greenery, conifers. Two small rivulets with affecting and old-fashioned names — Glukharka and Kamenka — quietly flows to the Lakhtinsky bay. Cares, troubles and stresses of the big city are dissolved in fresh air without any trace.

Atmosphere of cosiness and warmth does not stand anything ostentatious, false. Therefore, nothing superfluous is anticipated here, only harmonic austere lines, pure natural colors of facades, accurate and exact design solutions. Light and air will freely enter your home, and cold and rain will stay outdoors behind warmth-keeping walls, behind safe doors. Creating the atmosphere of a real home, we daily control the quality of construction, think in advance about improvement and landscaping of the future yard and adjoining territory. Romantics are right, very likely, in one thing — some special atmosphere arises for good reason. In our case, such good reason is deliberate choice of the place of the building and a lot of work.
