We identify as optimists those, who are sure in themselves and in their future. We think that such assurance is not based on light-mindedness, but on realistic estimate. The new residential complex of YIT DOM is just called «Optimist». We think that the grounds for optimism are the place, time and money.
Place
The residential complex «Optimist» is being constructed in the quiet, environmentally clean district— at the intersection of Leninsky prospect and street Doblesty, near to the South Primorsky park of attractions and entertainment. Not far away there is the exit from the city in the direction of Peterhof with its palace and park ensemble.
Time
The residents are provided with the parking lot and the underground parking, sports premises, the local post office, the food store, repair and maintenance services. A part of the apartments in the residential complex «Optimist» are offered with final finishing by the standard YIT DOM. In the other apartments the preparation for final finishing is done in such a way, that You can start the finishing works without tiresome preliminary works.
Money

We use only tested materials for finishing.  Floors are finished with laminated parquet, walls are coated with water disperse paint. Bathrooms are provided with a set of furniture with a sink and a shower set. You can enjoy Your new home from the very beginning.
